HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVEDOR SHIPPED?

An email confirmation is sent to your email address as soon as you submit the order. Another email confirmation is sent once your order has been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ONMY ORDER?

Confirm the shipping address is correct before you place the order. Once the order is submitted, no changes can be made.

CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed on the website. Contact us at info@silkroadwellness.com to cancel the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, contact us at info@silkroadwellness.com with the product image and order number. We will examine the situation and work with you to reach a solution.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you an email with your tracking number after your order has shipped.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. TRACKINGEMAIL SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For in-stock products, we process and ship your order within 4 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. During holidays and launches, processing and delivery times may vary.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Free shipping for orders over $60.00. Flat $5.00 shipping fee applies to all orders under $60.00.

Due to the nature of our organic bodycare products and the risk of potential contamination, Silk Road Wellness does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not offer cancellations once an item has been shipped. All sales are final.
